I'm excited to help you thrive.

I've worked in STEM workforce development for over 15 years, and wrote my dissertation about the workplace climate in high performance computing.
I help mid-career women, trans* and non-binary scientists and technologists who feel stuck in 'worker bee' roles step into the leadership spotlight and shape the future of STEM.
